For example, a workshop based around Sherlock Holmes and his detection skills helped us to demonstrate the requirements of undertaking appraisals to the managers of a large national company from the CEO to the junior team leaders.
Whilst working with a group of supervisors on a project to re-decorate their canteen enabled us to help them develop skills of project management, team mangement, communications, resource management, motivation, negotiation, presentation and conflict resolution. Plus which, their canteen looked great!
We have worked with supervisors and managers on individualy tailored coaching programmes to help them identify and successfully resolve issues in relationships with their staff.
