Working with the senior members of organisations Liz has
been responsible for facilitating workshops to determine
corporate objectives and calming ruffled feathers when
difficulties have arisen. She successfully works individually
with employees and managers termed "difficult" to seek workable
solutions to solve problems and avoid dismissal and disciplinary
actions. In addition, she teaches others to deal with their
own managers / employees so they become lion tamers in their
own right. She also works individually with people who are angry
and hurt when facing redundancy or re-deployment to help them
through the difficult time and give them individual career coaching.
